Woo Hoo: My TEDx Talk Passes 62,000 Views on YouTube! [VIDEO]

A huge “thank you” to all of you who have watched my TEDx Talk (Burnout v. PTSD:  More Similar Than You Think…) on YouTube – over 62,000 views and 455 likes so far!  Woo hoo!  [UPDATE:  As of July 23, 2020, we have passed over 436,000 views!!!]

I have been humbled by the number of emails and comments that I have received as a result of this video.  You have proven to me that I am not alone in my passion to finally eradicate burnout in the workplace.

  1. I suspect many of those are me trying to make my workplace watch and understand why I’m struggling after the burnout of July 2014 and 18mos of intensive cbt and ptsd therapy. And meds. I’m failing and it is brutal. At least I sleep now I guess.

      I’m so sorry to hear about your burnout experience. The good news is that you are moving FORWARD and out of the burnout! Based on my research, it takes about 2 years to fully recover — so please don’t think that you are “failing.” You are actually moving forward, re-energizing your body and soul through sleep, and gaining the self-knowledge to avoid burnout in the future!
